Conference Waiver

Thank you for registering for LAMUN XX. We look forward to welcoming you in the Biltmore Los Angeles the weekend of April 10-13, 2025.

Prior to conference weekend, all delegates, head delegates, and advisors must fill out this waiver form. This waiver forms contains both the general release of liability and photo release waivers that must be completed prior to the conference.

The waiver form is open from now until April 6th at 11:59pm PST. After that, a paper waiver will need to be printed, filled out, and brought to the conference on the day of. We will only have limited paper waivers available at the registration table for those that fail to do this.

Ensure that only one form is submitted per participant. To track which delegates have filled out the waiver form, please refer to sheet three on each delegation’s allocation sheet. For any questions, please contact Anton Stover, the Director of External Relations, at external@uclamun.org. Thank you!
